The food is consistently the best compared to other Runza locations in Omaha, but I keep encountering problems with missing items from my order every time I visit.

Unfortunately, I didn't get the sauce I paid for, the frings I ordered, or the drink I requested without ice. I called the restaurant to report the issue, and an employee promised that a coupon for a free meal would be sent out immediately. That was on June 26, and now, on July 12, I still haven't received the coupon. To make matters worse, we went back to the restaurant since then, and my order was messed up again. It's really disappointing!

I ordered a simple cheeseburger for my wife, with no vegetables or extras, and they delivered exactly what I asked for—a plain cheeseburger. It honestly made me laugh out loud. I now realize that I should have specified I wanted a bun, but that was my oversight in communication. Regardless, I truly admire their commitment to getting it right. As always, the food is fantastic!
