Food and service was excellent. We had a minor issue with one of the pizzas not coming out as ordered, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Overall was a great dinner and the live music was really nice as well. View all feedback.
What Laurenn Maynez doesn't like about Backlot Pizza Kitchen:
Food was fantastic as always! Service was not good... we were brought multiple dishes that we did not order and they had to be removed from the bill. The server forgot our drink order and seemed very confused disoriented. View all feedback.
I loved checking out this place! The vibes were great. There was live music going when we arrived and the smell of popcorn from the theater filled the whole restaurant. I tried their burrata, Cadillac pizza (HIGHLY RECOMMEND), and sweet potato fries. They also have seasonal cocktails, which were great.
So a place far out from the city but a nice find. Plus an add on that it has a movie hall attached to it so you can plan your whole day outing with your family. The food was amazing and the ambience was nice. We ordered the the veggie pizza and theclassic burger. Everything was delicious and we enjoyed a lot. The drinks were great as well. The popular one was raspberriesand cream. It's a great place for family outing, even the crowd was such. They have outdoor seating as well.
Decided to finally try Backlot Pizza Kitchen on July 3rd. We had the double pepperoni and the streak pizzas. Both were fabulous! They have a good beer selection and my Manhattan was spot on! We will be back!
First and most likely last time here. No host ever came to the stand so we stood there for about ten minutes before going to the bar to get seating where it took the 3 people behind the bar 8 minutes to even acknowledge us. Sat outside because it was noisyinside from a guy playing his guitar and singing. The server was a really nice kid and brought out our stuff quickly. Pizza waspretty dang good! Crunchy crust and fluffy inside. Sauce and cheese were tasty. Salads were pretty standard and the drinks werequite a bit overpriced but I get it since it is tied into a new movie theatre. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed andclearly A lot of money put into the looks for sure. For spending 108 bucks after tip for a few drinks, a pizza, fries, and 2salads, I wasn?t really impressed.
Went here recently for dinner for 2. Was a 15 minute wait for early Friday night which isn 't terrible for the area. Sat down and waitress was quick to get our drink orders. They didn 't have the bourbon I requested off the menu and were missing stuff to makemy wife a bees knees she ordered. So that was really my only reason for the less than 5 star review. Food was great. Wife gota pasta dish and I had a delicious pesto chicken sandwich. No issues and we will return again sometime.
