I am extremely disappointed with my visit today. I've never had such a poor experience at Greenbelly, especially since I've been to other locations. The salad was basically a bowl of spinach with just a few pieces of chicken and ranch dressing that was so watery it looked almost like plain water. To make matters worse, the staff weren't wearing gloves and were handling the food inappropriately. One employee kept rubbing his face and then wiping sweat before touching the food again, which I found utterly disgusting. I usually enjoy Greenbelly, but this is simply unacceptable. I hope things improve moving forward.
A lot of great options on the menu. I haven't tried everything yet, but everything I have tasted has been fantastic. The Cuban and the pesto chicken are a couple of my favorites.
Management, please address:Experience was not representative of dozens of other visits at this and other locations. Apparently, this is under new ownership and differs from the other locations. I reported the issues with my most recent order but never received a response. So here you go…Rotten lettuce and extremely disappointing portions. I threw it all in the garbage. One of my wraps had 0.2 ounces of chicken.. Hopefully this isn’t the quality to be expected moving forward here. When I arrived at the store, 4 employees were just standing around. Finally, someone came to help. I was shocked as the customer service over the years had typically been excellent.
$13 for a grilled cheese that had hardly any cheese (see photo) and was bland. About the only flavor was the balsamic vinegar. $13 for a Greek wrap that was also bland, and had too much brown Romaine lettuce (see photo for a small example of the brown lettuce). Know what I tasted the most in this wrap?? The warm, tasteless, mushy cucumber. I don't use a lot of salt in my own cooking, but seems like these items needed a lot of salt! Too bad; I had high hopes after seeing the enticing menu. But we were disappointed, especially for the price.
