Taco Bell - Elkhart

After waiting for 15 minutes in the drive-thru line, when it was finally my turn at 7:30 on a Saturday night, the girl on the intercom said, "We are closed." I was the last car in line, with no one behind me. It would have taken just a moment to serve me. This is very poor customer service!

The Pepsi I received was flat and lacked carbonation; I wasn't informed about this beforehand. I wish I had been able to enjoy a properly fizzy drink.

I would love it if you could distribute the ingredients throughout the dish instead of having them all piled together or concentrated at one end.

When I first saw the first time, a manager sent her hired to tell the customer that he ordered to eat himself instead of taking the order. what's next? they will send back to the kitchen to order the ma6the? if that where my management would buy for their replacement. it looks like they forget that paying customers are, which cover they are paychecks.

The speed and friendliness were above and beyond what I have experienced from other restaurants. The food was hot and actually really good. My dew was cold and hit the spot!
