Chipotle Mexican Grill - Elkhart

I?ve already had a few bad experiences between my orders and customer service, thought I?d give them another try tonight and ended up putting an order in a little after 9pm. I normally get half steak half chicken every time but tonight I guess they thought 3 pieces of meat and loading the bowl with beans and fajita veggies would do the trick. It doesn?t get any better the more I go back and I really do hope all those employees learn the true meaning of work ethic andcustomer service. It?s either you go inside and they?re irritated making your food or you pull up to the pickup window not greeted, instead with the look of you?re bothering them while they?re in conversation with their coworkers.

Some serious consistency issues at this location. We have been 4 times, (early lunch time) and have not experienced super long waits, however, the food has been all over the place. Portion size is significantly smaller than any other Chipotle location I have eaten at, rice has been VERY undercooked twice, and it often seems like they're adding salsa/sour cream with a teaspoon. I am really hoping this location can get it turned around, but at this point, it's stillworth the drive to Mishawaka for a better product.

I know this chain was just started but the portion size, temperature of food, and in-restaurant takeout service needs to be improved to the level of other Chipotle locations in the area.

It?s hard to believe it but this has to be the worst Chipotle in the world. Absolutely disgusting. Place looked like the workers had just finished a massive food fight. Food all over the counters and floor. Very slow service. Trash filled to the brim. Worker happily told me she had just made the carnitas but other items were missing. How do you run out of things like cheese at Chipotle? Will never return.

Tonight was our first visit to this store since it opened. I was really looking forward to great Chipotle food. We arrived a full 2 hours before closing time. The person helping us looked miserable and mad the entire time. The heater for the burrito shells was broken... OK no big deal. So we ordered bowls. They were out of all regular chicken. I asked if they had fajita vegetables and she said, Oh we do, they just didn 't make them. Next, they were out of regularcontainers for guacamole. We went to get our drinks and the I 've machine didn 't work, they were out of coke and the area was filthy. Completely out of all lemonade and tea. They had only knives available, no forks or spoons. They were fullystaffed with at least 9 or 10 employees in sight. What a huge disappointment. I will just drive to Mishawaka next time.
