i work in university park mall, and sometimes I will go here on my break. the first few times were wonderful and yummy ! then the new staff came in. it’s ridiculous how downhill it’s become. the pretzels are cold, and the cheese is like, clumpy? made me, my manager, AND COWORKER sick in a matter of simply 1 day. so! gross!
