Little Caesars Pizza - Elk River

I really liked the deep dish pizzas we ordered. They were delicious! The Crazy Bread, however, was a bit too crispy for my taste.

I give this restaurant 5 stars for their outstanding customer service. There was a minor error with my order, but they addressed it promptly. To make up for the inconvenience, they also offered me some complimentary cheese sticks.

This is our local spot, but tonight the atmosphere was less than welcoming. When we arrived, there was another person waiting, and the cashier didn't seem very pleased to be working. It didn’t appear to be particularly busy—definitely quieter than on previous visits. I sat and observed her shaking her head and muttering under her breath whenever new customers came in. The girl in the back seemed to be crying, and during my time there, she was the only one making pizzas. I appreciated her effort, but it would be nice to see a more positive staff presence for the customers. I'm giving it 4 stars because my previous experiences have been great.

Had an online order, but due to an error on their system, my order was canceled, but I was charged. After they made several calls to try to solve this, they only told my credit card company to call. Little Caesar's is one of the most incompetent companies I've ever done with. I'll never do business with this company again.

Children who have no work ethics. Wouldn't let the phone pick up anything yet so they can keep doing what they wanted and don't have to hear it. We didn't want to play these games, so we went in and, of course, they all sat around and did nothing before us. Then we were told that they did not make orders and only hot and ready during laughing. It cost our business elsewhere.
