Hajime Sushi - Elk River

Ok so I was super stoked to find a sushi place in Elk River of all places. It kinda looks like a hole in the wall joint you know, mixed into a shared building with a car fixer upper place and across from a Perkins. But you know, you walk in and it's pretty neat. Cool sushi bar, the menu is pretty big. Prices are kinda what you expect it's not cheap, but better prices than say, Crave. Food was incredible. We will definitely be back again. Excited to try some new things!

Hello! I recently visited an incredible restaurant, and it was an absolute pleasure! The ambiance was inviting and delightful, the service was exceptional, and the food was simply outstanding! A big thank you to Caitlyn, who was incredibly kind and attentive, making our experience truly enjoyable! The entire staff was friendly and proactive. Excellent restaurant! The food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of. They serve some of the best tofu noodles I've ever had, and the fried tempura is fantastic, especially with a variety of flavorful vegetables (though that’s subjective!).
