This place was full of employees who refuse to answer questions about why there was no sauce everyone seems like they was mad I interrupted them when I came for service. Not good tasting and I always seek out to eat Mexican food. Soggy and extra salty.
Ohhh my GOD, Talk about delicious ? 's. The flavor, the crunch. Absolutely to die for. I love on Oregon and I can 't wait to stop by again real soon. Hands down best tacos around. Very friendly staff and even better cooks. Hats off to Jim boy

The food was fresh and tasty and I ordered the taco's ,and they had a decent amount of meat in them ! The last time I ate at this Jimboys Taco's was about 4 years ago, and the food was terrible ? So I'm not sure if it's under New management? But it's alot better! and I will probably be coming back ! ?
Undoubtedly the best of all Jimboys locations. 5 stars across the board. Food consistently amazing and the crew is always cool AF. Best eatery in Elk Grove! 6 stars if I could.
