hello, I took my truck for warranty with only 6000 miles. I 'm a mechanic and I knew that the problem was related with the DEF system so warranty will cover that, when I called they told me that the problem was the fuel filters had GEL when weather was in the 70 's and I replaced the filters few days before. so they ended charging 678.00.. I think that is not right because they get money for the warranty and from me.... View all feedback.

I always bring my Hino to the Elk Grove Village shop. Wayne and Eryk have been fantastic at getting me in and out quickly when they service my truck. Their customer service is excellent, and they consistently provide care and assistance. Thank you, guys, for your great service—keep up the good work!
