Taco Bell - Elizabeth

To start, it took nearly 30 minutes to receive our food. During that time, two customers approached the counter to complain about their orders, with one person even requesting a refund. When my food finally arrived, I bit into my chalupa only to find it rock hard. I've had my fair share of stale chalupas, but this was on another level. The nacho fries tasted like they had been sitting under a warmer for far too long, resembling a clump of stale potatoes. When I tried to get a refund, the manager on duty didn't even know how to process it. This caused me to question what had happened with the previous customer who also requested a refund. Adding to the disappointment, the staff eventually closed the dining area due to being overwhelmed, forcing everyone to go through the drive-thru. I highly recommend avoiding this place until there is new ownership. Trust me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I immediately started feeling sick from the food at this restaurant. The sour cream was spoiled, but I didn't realize it until after I had eaten a gordita crunch and a big bite of the five layer burrito (where all the sour cream had pooled on one side). The potatoes were old, rock hard, and cold. I didn't even receive the correct dessert. The only good thing was the root beer. The service was terrible, with teenagers who seemed to not care about their jobs laughing at customers through the window. Overall, this location was very disappointing. Do not expect anything impressive from this restaurant. The food is always late, custom orders are consistently incorrect, and there is a high chance of receiving the wrong order entirely. It seems like the restaurant is managed by apathetic teenagers who do not take their job seriously. Taco Bell should be ashamed for allowing this level of service to continue for so long. Take a look at the other reviews, I am not the only one who has had a negative experience. Overall rating: Food 1/5, Service 1/5, Atmosphere 1/5.
