Polite, pleasant staff. Good people. Always very fast for pick-up or orders in store. The basic cookies are a bit lacking, as they use the same dough for a LOT of cookies and if you go regularly it wears on you. But their specialty cookies? The cakes, and ones like the strawberry shortcake or the trifle? Absolutely 10/10 worth the visit. Worth stopping by to check out a favorite flavor or type of cookie. But the spec... Initially, when I was introduced to Crumbl, I would go and get a four pack. Cookies were evenly cooked.Lately, the cookies have been way undercooked. Too raw and squishy in the middle. We stopped in to get my daughter her favorite cookie for her birthday, this was the first time my wife and I had ever been in one of these stores. We knew what we wanted just didn’t know how to get it the order screen was facing us, we were struggling and all 3 girls in there looked at both of us but didn’t say a word. We finally get our order in and step aside and another customer came in one of the girls dropped everything she was doing and helped the other customer with her order. I thought it was rude and had it not been my daughters birthday present I probably would have asked for my money back.
Frend brought me a cookie from here and it was good
The parker location is always clean, has fast service with friendly workers. We'll keep coming back
