Please do not buy from here, do not waste their money, that is the worst pizza place to pizza of, terrible customer service evil coworkers, pizza the administration of huts should be ashamed and much more, they should ban this place.

If you grew up in the five boroughs of NYC and know good pizza, Pizza Hut is not for you. Pizza Hut is for people that don't know real pizza.

I received the wrong order I complained to Todd at the store he told me it would take 5-7 business days to process a refund since I didn 't want it re delivered or store credit. Then a call the following just to confirm and the individual was just rude about the situation as if I was annoying them stating if Todd said he was going to give you a refund then he is going to do it with out even take my name or Info. I just feel like I 'm being lied to as if I was going to forget and it 's hard to trust someone with out any confirmation with no one has provided yet

Experience was terrible. Manager who is possibly Indian is always very rude. Like saying” what do I want?!”. No customer service what so ever, would NEVER come back here again. They need to great a whole new TRAINED AND PROFESSIONAL management team.

I am not one to leave reviews but they are a mess. Every time I order there is something wrong. Last night we ordered a pizza and wings. I never got a delivery notification. Spent 40 minutes on hold trying to get in contact with the store. No one ever answered. They gave the driver the wrong phone number to contact us that the food had arrived. Our food was left outside for who knows how long, and we never got our wings.I had to contact Pizza Hut customer service for my refund…A joke.
