I used to order from this restaurant because the food was great, but today I received a very soggy hoagie. I called to ask if there were different cooks, and I was hung up on. It's not at all like it used to be. Losing customers should be taken seriously, not treated as a joke by staff! Food: 1 Service: 1

I frequently dogsit for a couple living just down the street, and I always order pizza from this place while I'm there. The food is consistently hot and prepared exactly as I request. The staff is always friendly when I visit, and they usually don't take long to fill orders, except on busy nights.
