Dunkin' - Elizabeth

The staff puts in a lot of effort to ensure every guest has a pleasant experience. While there's still some room for improvement, the location is fantastic overall.

I was doing laundry just around the corner when my daughter texted me asking to grab her a Sausage Egg and Cheese on a toasted bagel, a Breakfast Egg and Cheese wrap, and some hash browns on the side. Of course, I couldn't resist picking up a half dozen donuts while I was there! As always, Dunkin' Donuts didn't disappoint. Thanks, guys!

The staff at this restaurant clearly lack any understanding of or commitment to providing good customer service. Every time I visit, I witness them arguing among themselves. They seem to think they're doing you a favor by serving you. Additionally, the trash area is frequently overflowing, which gives the impression that they don’t care about maintaining their establishment. It seems like they have internal issues that affect the overall environment. Because of this, I have decided to stop going there.

They really try it here. work hard and try to please everyone. still there is room to improve, but overall great location.

I visited this restaurant three times this week, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect each time. I'm very disappointed with their customer service.
