I tried several items from the menu, and the only decent dish was the factory burger—although it arrived cold, not just room temperature. Everything else lacked flavor and felt overpriced for the quality offered.

The customer service is outstanding, and the management is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making it the perfect place to bring friends and family. It's also an ideal venue for gatherings, birthdays, dates, and other special occasions. ZZA Factory is genuinely unique and will definitely keep you coming back. I typically go in the evenings, and I'm fond of the cashier there. I always forget to ask her name, but she’s so kind. The chef is fantastic, and I've never been let down by his dishes. They also serve the best milkshakes I've had since moving to Illinois—thick and perfectly flavored. I’m moving soon, and I’m really going to miss this place!

The woman I spoke to informed me that all their pizzas are Detroit-style, but unfortunately, the pizza didn’t meet my expectations. The cheese was low quality, and the sauce had way too much oregano, which made it slightly bitter and left an unpleasant aftertaste. The pepperoni was also not up to par. The dough was dense and thin instead of being fluffy and airy. We also tried the cheese sauce, which tasted like it was from Sam's or Costco, or a foodservice supplier like Gordon or Sysco. I won’t be returning—this experience was very disappointing.

The food here was really made fresh and cooked perfectly. You can find anything here to help you satisfy your cravings and their portions here are fair, you can absolutely fill your stomach up. I ordered their Italian beef sandwich, cheddar pizza, garlic Parmesan fries, and also a drink. I am amazed by their food preparation. All of my orders came on time and they creatively served all of them. Everything was hot and fresh. They made all of their food to perfection. ZZA Factory is highly recommended! This place is absolutely a gem in this area. Their staff is also great, all of them are nice, decent, friendly, and very accommodating. They all know how to treat the customers right.
