I accidentally ordered from the Panera in Algonquin. Without knowing, I want to the Panera in Elgin off of Randall road. I didn’t get her name but one of the employees there was very sweet. She made sure we got our order and did not charge us even though it was our fault. We received our food very quickly and there was good costumer service.
