Noodles And Company - Elgin

I can't believe I never checked Noodles and Co?? I've been here for years. Anyway, I'm always the Japanese Pan Noodles. But I decided to try the new spicy beef noodles. You're not sharp FYI, it's rather sweet honest. But not bad. The pot stickers are always good. Also try some other dishes, but I will probably get the Japanese pan noodles. Service is always friendly, but the soda machine hates me! It wouldn't recognize my touch or I'm probably a ghost LOL

I used to really love coming here a lot but lately, the food doesn't taste as amazing. I usually get shrimp pad thai or shrimp Alfredo but the shrimp is always hard now and not soft like before, and there is too much oil and less vegetables in the food itself.

Somethings off about the noodles lately. They're not being cooked properly or stored properly I'm not sure which. I'm a very experienced line cook, and your chicken noodle soup has the worst noodles lately. They use to be great, improve your staff

They used to be great but have dropped the ball. Hard noodles, burnt chicken breast cuts. I think this will be my last trip. Unique dishes but what's the point if they're not taking the care/time to prepare them right.

Well let me start off by saying, I've eaten here before(inside) and it was delicious, but today I tried the curbside because I was running late for work. And I got a large buttery noodles dish with extra sauce, and the noodles weren't cooked all the way and extra sauce was like a spoon and half more. Like seriously. So I'm very disappointed with the food today. Definitely won't be doing that again.
