Elgin House Of Pizza

The food service at this restaurant is excellent! We dined in for dinner and found the price per person to be very affordable, ranging from $1 to $10.

I ordered takeout from Elgin House of Pizza using the Kershaw County ToGo app and both times my order was incorrect. I clearly specified how I wanted my sub in the special comments section and even called to confirm that they had read my instructions. The first time this happened, I let it go, but the second time I called them to let them know it was wrong. They informed me that I would have to come to the restaurant to get a new sub. I had already paid a delivery fee and tip, so I had to go and pick up my food myself, wasting time and money. When I arrived to pick up my order, they did not provide me with fresh fries, so the ones I received were cold. They did not apologize for their mistake. I will not be ordering from them again. The staff were rude and clearly unable to follow instructions.

They said I had to come back to get a new sub if I wanted it corrected, meaning I wasted money on the delivery fee and tip. When I went to pick up my order, they didn't even offer me fresh fries to replace the cold ones from my original order. There was no apology for the inconvenience. I will not be ordering from them again. The staff was rude and incapable of following simple instructions.

No matter how busy the restaurant is, the staff are always very friendly and never make you feel like you are a bother. The food is consistently delicious.
