What Adrian Wilder doesn't like about Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits:
Steak burned as always, fries were brown and soaked in grease including the bag and manager has a very nasty attitude. Tall large black woman. She fixes it over and still the same old burnt food with lots of attitude for 10 am Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
Went to drive through establishment and the girl taking or order didn't even let my husband finish ordering before she jumped to the other lane to take there order worst service ever......
I came through the drive through at lunch, on the 19th. I ordered a 3 piece white, with cajun pintos, and coleslaw. I paid $11.75 for a very small, dry breast and 2 small wings, my pintos had been scraped from the bottom of a dry pan, had no bean juice, and were dry as hades, and a half a container of slaw. I realize prices are up, but this type of order filling is completely unacceptable. The food was unappealing, and seriously lacking Bojangles usual quality.

read moreAt 5:00pm during rush hour, the restaurant was out of mashed potatoes and only had 2 boberry biscuits available. They also lacked cooks trained to make an egg and cheese biscuit, as the manager was busy on the phone and unable to prepare it. In an attempt to satisfy my order, an employee removed bacon from a pre-made biscuit, resulting in a hockey puck-like disc with crumbled, orange cheese and a dry, unpleasant egg. When I questioned why I was given a subpar biscuit, I was told it was leftover from the morning shift, which I found unacceptable. Additionally, on a previous visit, the restaurant had run out of chicken, leading me to question how a chicken restaurant could be without its main ingredient. The lack of care from employees and poor management has ensured that I will never spend my money at this establishment again.
