The staff seemed absolutely awkward and unprofessional, communication is hardly possible due to the lack of knowledge of German and English. Complaints are dismissed. The rooms are tiny and sparsely furnished. The bathrooms are at least reasonably clean. Whereby a single foot towel in the shared bathroom is pure mockery. In addition, it is very clairaudient. Half the night there is noise in the hallway, the staff is not interested in it. The breakfast will certainly not be a highlight... Expensive, of poor quality and absolutely not recommended. Thanks for nothing.

At that time there was still decent home cooking, as you know it from the Harz Mountains. Today, unfortunately, there is nothing left of it and you are served ready-made meals, which is a pity. The staff was very courteous and friendly, although we had to find someone to pay.
