Upper Crust Pizza El Dorado

Really good pizza and friendly employees. They offered me an iced tea which I thought was a nice gesture!

We used to love this location and everything about the food. But it seems as if something changed over the past year as the pizza crust has completely shifted gears, and the salads have gone downhill. On our last 3 visits, the pizza was in no way as delicious as it used to be and our spinach salads have been soggy on some occasions and wilted on others. We'd really love for them to switch back whatever they changed because this was our g0-to spot at least once a week. For now, only giving 3 stars until (hopefully) they can return back to the famous Upper Crust we all grew up with.

I had the opportunity to sit down in some peace and quiet, away from my kids, to have dinner at Upper Crust before my closing shift at work. What a scrumptious and wholesome little delight that is Upper Crust Pizza. I had the spinach salad because I’m a sucker for blue cheese and some hot wings. The salad satiated my need for some good fresh greens, with some walnuts and a lovely vinaigrette. The hot wings were perfectly spicy and piping hot, as I could still visibly see the steam as they brought it to my table. I graciously lathered each wing in blue cheese and what a delight. The staff was top notch! A wonderful lady made sure I had a cup of ice with my Sprite. Two different gentleman asked me how my meal was, the last one as I literally write this review. An older couple came in as I was finishing the rest of my meal and were able to obtain an IPA beer sampler. I don’t drink but I thought that was courteous of them to offer that. I’ll definitely be back, they have a drive thru window so you can call an order and just pay and pickup.

Absolutely wonderful service I love the pizza there and the staff are really lovely especially Gabe the manager he’s such a nice guy when me and my family went to eat there I love it and Olivia the manager is also a really good person ??

Terrible pizza. Ordered a combo which has lots of veggies. All I could taste was pizza dough. No sauce. Never again.
