I placed an order at the hoagie shop and when picking up the order, I asked them if they closed early any day because I tried to call in an order the previous d... read more I placed an order at the hoagie shop and when picking up the order, I asked them if they closed early any day because I tried to call in an order the previous day and no one answered the phone. The lady told me they were open until 6 in the evening. I told her I had tried to call in an order the day before, which was Wednesday, and no one answered the phone. She told me that was their busiest day. When I said they should still answer the phone, her reply was, not if they are busy Their hoagies are the best around. Their customer service really leaves a lot to be desired. Don't try to call an order in on Wednesday they don't answer their phone. Isn't that good for business?

They did not realize they served my mother a moldy sub roll wi... read more I visited the restaurant around 4:45 pm on a Wednesday and found the staff to be incredibly rude. They did not realize they served my mother a moldy sub roll with just 1 and a half tomatoes. I have photographic evidence and would be happy to share it if needed. I will not be returning to this establishment.
