What User doesn't like about Five Guys:
Some customers may find that the staff at this restaurant is not very friendly. The employees seem to be absent at times. My husband and I, both African American, were the only customers whose order was not called when it was ready. Our food was left on the counter, unnoticed for a while. We also observed that customers who were not African American received much better customer service. View all feedback.
Great food fast service my general experience with this five guys was great
Always great food... my favorite is the French Pommes.
We use the mobile app to order. Every time we order, we call and ask for no salt on the Pommes. The last three times that was ignored. This time, I was just looking at the man who gave me food and said: no salt in the frits, right? He said? And it was salted again. I complained. The guy who told me? answered and told me I didn't call. Asked who answered. The only female worker there 5 minutes before had replied. He proposed that there was no female worker. Just him and the cashier.
Attempted to go inside at 933 to get a burger and no one paid attention to me or my friend. We stood there at the register for about 5-7 mins as people continued to clean the kitchen and not help us It's crazy cause they don't close until 10 pm. And no one greeted as we came or anything.
I had to wait 25 minutes for my order of 4 burgers and fries and the only reason it didn?t take longer was because I asked. It was an online order and the burgers were done but because the cooking staff was talking so I suppose they didn?t hear the cashier yell to them that I was there to get my order. After 5 people got their food, I asked about mine. That?s when I saw my bag on a shelf waiting for fries. They upsized my fries but I didn?t need/want them. An apology would have been nice but that I did not get.
