I wanted to love this place so much, especially because they have a separate vegan menu with great options. Unfortunately they had released a huge blue life materie wooden flag engraving right at the doorstep and I also heard some negative things about the personal moral of the owner. it is a grief because the staff was very helpful and so friendly. We went to breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised by the brunch selection. The place definitely has a strong French influence, although the dishes do not follow a strict French tradition, but they are excellent. The orders came with a fresh and welcome fruit salad. The coffee was great as they have a good espresso machine. Come back!
We had breakfast there and it was great! We ordered the Polish sausage Omelett and they were served with fruit haash brown. The Omelettes had a perfect proportion of sausage, cheese and spinach, it was delicious! The ash-brown was crispy, the toasts were crispy. Yum! We ate 1 3 of my breakfast and then we were told that someone smashed our car! I still managed to finish another bite before I wrote out to see what happened. What I was worried about was the pastry I used to buy in the same table that was stolen. Was anyone so hungry? I had my computer in the trunk and there was no way anyone would see it. The pastries were still there, but my computer in the trunk was gone! The thief must have seen how I took my laptop from the front seat and hid it in the trunk. Do not leave valuables in the car including the trunk! Café Personal and the customers were very nice and sympathetic. The manager even insisted that we don't pay for the food. We wrapped the 2 3 of the food and was mad that the thief ruined our breakfast experience. Don't get me wrong, I'm still very upset about my computer and the hard drives my life had work. We decide to go back to the café and let no one ruin the experience. Last but not least my message to the thief: You should be caught better by the cops than robbing the wrong guy next time!
Great vegan options and hearty food. Just what you expect and want in a breakfast place. The vegan agitator was amazing and really appreciate the overnight sausage and only egg, while also offer regular options for those who eat meat and eggs.
Visiting from out of town and stopped by for breakfast. Service was great and the food was even better!
Stumbled in here on our way to San Pablo Reservoir. Fresh healthy food, lots of smiles from the staff, and an upbeat energy with the guests. Have a specific vegan menu too (but the omnivore food is the primary menu). So glad we stopped! Will come again.
