What User doesn't like about Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers:
The new restaurant needs to improve because the chicken, fries, and bread were all undercooked and lacked seasoning. I appreciate that it was closer to valet parking, but I was disappointed with the quality of the food. View all feedback.
As far as the chicken sweet tea goes it quite good for a fast food restaurant. That being said, my first and quite possibly last canes experience was not all that great. I ordered “The box combo “ to give everything they have a try. The slaw was dry and bland, the fries were kind of soggy. I’d like to tell you about the Texas toast but when I got home I noticed they didn’t give me one.Overall scoreLocation Chicken Order accuracy 0Fries 0Sides 0
The chicken is REALLY good! Definitely 10/10 food. The only complaint I have is that the drive through took a while. Might have just been because it was crowded though.
Just an FYI that this is tucked into a new shopping center. You might not see it right away, but it's right past the Raytheon building. There are lots of signs telling you where to go for the drive thru.Service is pretty quick for a new restaurant, even during lunch time when there's a decent line of cars. Staff are also super sweet.
Very disappointing experience. I'm a bee lover and I was so excited to come here as this was in my city and didn't have to go far. I give this one 2 stars for cleanliness, costume service and a great care, as my food is treated. I came here on a Friday night and it's busy I understand. my disappointment came when I took my order to the house, a longer one was waiting. the workers were cut off from left and right. the place is so full I can see other costumers angry at waiting for eat and also forget to place order and to finish it, no were to sit because I see workers take their pauses and eat in the tables. I have never seen that the employees take lunch on the restaurant tables, I believe that all restaurant have a pantry for all employees. as costumers we come first and that was not the case. I didn't let the lines wait any longer, and I couldn't even sit because the people hired the tables. I could also see that only 2 works commanded and let me tell them that I didn't count anything and more in the kitchen nor did anything about 10 workers before work. my second disappointed and more worrying was how dirty everything was. remember that we are still in a pandemic and I could see that müll overflows, drinking are full of ice and narrates so dirty and the floor full of mull. I can only imagine when the front looks like the back could be worse and that my food was cooked and that is a big concern. please be clean and organized I have seen others location much more busy and their service and cleanliness are really good. for a new location, I hope that this will turn and whoever manages it must come to the dinge.
