The noise level in the restaurant rises si... read more Our visit to Jackson’s was very good. The food was excellent and the service was attentive without being overbearing. The noise level in the restaurant rises significantly as the restaurant becomes more crowded. We were on the patio area, which was sparsely populated and suitable for conversation when arrived. However, by the time we were midway through our meal the room was full and the noise level made easy conversation difficult. This is just a function of design, so it’s not really a complaint, just something to be aware of if you’re looking for a quiet dining experience. My only real complaint is with their wine prices and the pour size relative to price for wines by the glass. You’d be much better off bringing your own wine than ordering off their list.
