What Felix Franco doesn't like about Downtown Express:
This place has some inexpensive food. The food is not the best and can be dry. I ordered their spicy shrimp with spicy chicken. Both were just okay but nothing special. Staff didn’t really speak English. They also do not accept credit cards, cash only. Portions are generous for what you pay. Staff Price Point Atmosphere Cleanliness Food View all feedback.
