Wingstop - El Paso

The atmosphere was good, not a big crowd! The service was quick and Our food, a small order was delicious!

I just went in and I we had to wait for the girl that was outside smoking and came back in and not even wash her hands. Yeah she didn’t touch my food or anything but she was touching all the bags of food. Then we had to wait for her to come back in! It’s not the first time I had problems with this wing stop and idk if is the same worker because her voiced sound familiar but I was placed on hold for like 20 minutes and then they never answered so I call back from my boyfriend phone and said their not taking orders no more and I told her ma’am I been on the line for 20 minutes waiting and again we’re not taking orders all rude. I asked for the manager and all he said okay we can take your order and I keep going because not every employee is like that and this wing stop was never this bad I been going for four years but finally decided to give a review and even if is a longer drive I’ll go to the one on the East side food is always warm.

Great, great friendly service, very fast and delicious wings. Great selection and the restaurant was very clean

You think i would learn i spend about 45 min trying to get someone on the phone and if it gets answered it gets hung up i then order after arriving and have to wait over an hour for 8! Wings and some fries not a family meal not a huge order 8! Wings and they still mange to forget to season the fries after an hour of wait they still don't get the order right

Wings were cold because even though I gave my name and paid there, they seemed to forget about me and placed my food in the wrong area. Only got my stuff when the shift changed over and someone new noticed the bag.
