Panda Express - El Paso

I'm not sure if they changed cooks or something, but my recent experience was disappointing. My lo mein was practically swimming in oil—there was so much that all I could taste was the grease. The Angus steak was overcooked as well; it had a burnt flavor that was unappetizing. I really hope they take note of this and make improvements, as I'd hate for it to become a recurring issue. I've never had a problem before, but this time the quality just wasn’t up to par.

I am five months pregnant and unfortunately experienced food poisoning yesterday. I attempted to contact the restaurant, but their phone line is out of order. As a result, I had to go to the hospital.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The female cashier denied me a military discount with a very rude "no." I've visited several Panda Express locations, and I'm aware that they all offer a military discount. The manager really needs to train their staff to be polite when interacting with customers. I simply asked a question. Food rating: 1/5.

I found the food to be quite dry and seemingly old. It was served cold, and they didn't bother to provide any condiments. The DoorDash driver mentioned that they were very busy, and unfortunately, I didn't receive my beverage. I'm very disappointed, especially considering I spent $45.00.

Typically, the food is good, and I don’t have to second-guess my choices. However, having cold, undercooked food after a long day is quite disappointing, to say the least.
