This was an interesting one. There was a line waiting to come in but there were consistently tables that needed to be bussed. The waiters didn't seem to have a flow as far as seating, serving, or even remembering requests. However, the food is quite good. The pork gyoza was quick, hot, and nicely filled and crisp. I’ve been coming here for a while now and can say this is the best place to eat ramen in El Paso!
If anyone has a real passion for good noodles and fresh ingredients this is my to go spot. Amazing quality food and service I recommend
We went on a busy Friday evening and the wait for a table was about 30 min but, they offered us a seat at the bar and we were able to order right away. The food was good, and I wish I would have gotten the Original because the creamy broth was so much more savery than the one I got. We got a couple of shareable, pot stickers and some chicken and both of them were great. My wife got a spicy chicken and it met her approval on the spicy index, too hot for me..... but good flavor. The only thing I wish they did different was the way they made the got tea, a tea cup with atea bag in it..... so that 's why I only have 4 stars. Overall a nice find, chill atmosphere, service was good and the food was good. Good job, we will definitely be back again.
The service was very good. The restaurant is clean, and the tables are bussed. Although the prices are a little high $43.00 for two people for lunch), the serving size is generous and the food was delicious.
I am leaving this review to express my disappointment and concern regarding the service experience my family and I had at the restaurant today, 12/22. I would like to bring to your attention some specific incidents that occurred during our visit.Firstly, I would like to commend the exceptional service we received during our previous visit on Sunday, December 17th. The staff on duty that day provided us with an amazing experience, and we were thoroughly satisfied with the service.However, today 's visit was quite the opposite. We witnessed another customer patiently waiting to be served for an extended period of time. Despite their patience, the customer eventually left the establishment without being attended to. When they inquired about the delay, one of the servers responded with a nonchalant "okay. "Additionally, we experienced difficulties in obtaining basic services during our time at the restaurant. I had to get up twice to refill my glass of water and tea for my mother-in-law. This lack of attention from the staff was quite disappointing.Furthermore, when I inquired about the manager on duty today, I was informed that only the owner was present, although not available for discussion. It is disheartening to observe that even with the owner present, there seemed to be a lack of awareness regarding the surrounding issues and the poor service being provided.We also noticed that some of the servers were behaving unprofessionally. They were laughing amongst themselves, and one of them even rolled her eyes when a customer asked a simple question about obtaining a bag..
