Noodles Dumplings - El Paso

It's a mix of good and not so good, making it hard to describe. It might just be my taste preferences, but I find the use of ginger in everything to be excessive.

I highly recommend the sesame paste. I'm very pleased with the excellent variety of dishes available. The rolls are also fantastic! My only complaint is that I wish the rice was cooked a bit softer. However, this issue isn't significant enough for me to lower my rating.

The restaurant was clean, and the portion sizes are generous enough to feed three to four people. The food was hot and delicious!

After I read the reviews, I really didn't expect the food to be this good, but it was surprising delicious! The mixed beef noodle was amazing! Very flavorful and the hand pulled noodles was fresh. Very authentic Chinese food and the potstickers were really good as well. We're originally from Los Angeles where there are a lot of hand pulled noodles places and their noodles ranks pretty high on my list. Would definitely recommend!

We got soup, dumplings, bao, pancake. And all were really tasty. Service was good. Wanting to return to try other things on their menu.
