What sold us on this restaurant was the staff; you can find a good meal anywhere, but it's the way it's presented and served that really sets a place apart. That said, the food itself was outstanding—so good, it would have made George Washington proud! Honestly, the only thing I was missing was a fine glass of whiskey to complement my steak perfectly. Second time coming to the Las Cruces location, and I have been absolutely blown away yet again. The food is amazing, burger is always cooked perfect to order and the staff is great! I'm getting a delicious feast for a more than reasonable price. Thank you guys!
I love going to Great American Steakburger, whether is to celebrate a birthday or just to have a nice dinner. There’s always friendly faces at the door and severa who provide excellent customer service.

I came in for dinner tonight, 1-22-17 around 5:30pm. I was so excited to dig into my coleslaw (my favorite in town) when I heard a strange noise. I dug around with my spoon and I found a screw! No big deal, accidents happen and the waitress was kind enough to bring me a new serving. Once I received my check, my meal was comped! Thank you for taking care of your customers. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so!
