To make things worse, she put a... read more I came here to get two steak bowls go-go. The place was dead, yet I was there for 20-30min because the employee was really slow. To make things worse, she put a really small portion of meat on one of the bowls. The portions here are inconsistent. Thislocation isn't worth going to.

We had ordered 2 bags of large Chips with Queso and Guac and only received one bag with Queso and Guac. Double checked that we ordered two in case we made a mistake ordering and needless to saywe didn't but we're already home and weren't going to drive back for just chips. The second time we made a mobile order andarrived as the time on the app indicated. We didn't see the order there was one person in line and it wasn't busy. When we askedif they knew how much longer our order would take a female employee was very rude and understandably she was agitated becausenobody was assisting her with mobile orders which was busy while eating in wasn't. Irrespective of that it didn't need to betaken out on us for asking when the order would be ready for pick up.

One of t... read more I just wanted to take the time and give a positive review of this location. I go to this Chipotle quite often and have NEVER had a negative experience. One of the ladies there recognized me and gave a me a free drink. I was so grateful. This is a completelyopposite experience to the Chipotle at the Fountains. The burrito was tiny, barely fitting in my hand, mostly just tortilla with whatever leftovers they had that day. It came with a small bag of chips and guac, but overall it felt like scraps from the menu. I'm very disappointed with this location and feel completely ripped off.
