I ordered the frijole y queso pupusas, it was good I got full with only one. I took the other home. The lady working there was really sweet! The only thing is they take a while to give me the food but I can’t blame them they are so busy and short staffed. View all feedback.
What Ashly Ferry doesn't like about El Salvadoreño:
They take forever cooking a meal I stop eating breakfast and it took 45 minutes to cook me the food only for 2 eggs with beans and plátanos they need more cooks faster View all feedback.
It was too hot to stay and eat to breakfast, no AC, so we did not try to be uncomfortable while I eat and pay for it. Also they do not have hotcakes some salvi restaurants have pancakes. We wanted the Salvi breakfast and some hotcakes/pancakes.

This place was so good....my buddy and I were in a hurry to find a quick place to eat something and decided to stop here and oh my God I am glad that we, the pupusas were amazing and so huge we ordered 3 each thinking, they were small, we were only able to put 2 each picture really does not do it justice I definitely come back to this place when I'm in the area......
Food is incredible here, it was my first time going to a Salvadoran spot. I got a steak plate with fried shrimp and a couple different kinds of pupusas. Everything was amazing and I?ll definitely be coming back. It did take a bit of time for the food though so I suggest calling ahead for takeout.
The wife was in the mood for pupusas but since we hardly ever have them we weren't sure where to go. Googled search lead me to this place, had seen as for years as a burger joint but somewhere along the line they became a Salvadorian restaurant... Place is nothing fancy, please keep that in mind. I thought the prices were a little expensive but then I saw the actual size of the pupusas, pretty good size. Ordered 2 revueltas and 2 de frijoles, damn good gotta say. My wife said they were in the salty side but perfect for me. She could barely finish one by herself. I read a prior review saying they were super greasy, I don't think they're anymore greasy than any typical pupusa. I mean, your ordering chicharron with cheese, it's gonna be a little greasy. Also ordered the empanadas de platano, I can only give them an ok... My only gripe about the place was that a got a dirty look from the cook because I ordered a couple things ala carte which I guess was too much work for her, lol... I ordered 2 burger patties with cheese and grilled onions. Is that a lot to ask for?? They still sell burgers so it's nothing out of the ordinary... One more thing, it did take a litter longer than expected for my order to be ready. Overall I would recommend...
