Via Organica is Excellent!We had a large gathering for a retreat and enjoyed an awesome meal and afternoon at the Ranch. The meal was all organic and delicious!!! I recommend the Specialty Salads, Enchiladas, Beef Stews and OMG! The Lamb Burgers!! Also good selection of Mexcal, Craft Beers Wine. The Carrot Cake and Gluten Free/Vegan Cacao Avocado desserts with Organic Café finished off a perfect afternoon at the farm... View all feedback.
