Addit... read more However, in recent months, my orders have frequently been incorrect and often poorly made (for example, watery espresso shots or improperly aerated milk). Additionally, product availability has become unpredictable, whether it's beans, cold brew, or espresso. It's frustrating that I can't check on product availability before I arrive because no one answers the phone. I really miss having access to good local coffee. It feels like the commitment to quality has diminished in this place. I genuinely hope Connection manages to turn things around.
