I had a great time at Lone Star Cafe. The ambiance as soon as you walk in is amazing, with great lighting and a beautiful view of the wine display at the bar. The decor is clearly done with skill and attention to detail. The staff provides quick and friendly service, and the food was fantastic. I especially appreciated the cold mugs for my drink of choice. What Denise Dubé doesn't like about Lone Star Cafe:
not quite sure what they want to do here, but they missed the brand. had the speck cheeseburger. meat was too thick and dry. bun had a gummy resistance. bacon was not close to crispy enoughtaiton sampler was a complete catastrophe. a big buck fried müll. baked pickel were too thick. poppers were a very weak attempt. receives a starter at the same time as eating. The gravure with the chicken roast steak dinner was terrible. it was in the round the consistent water and had no taste. very disappointed

The food is fantastic and the beer is ice-cold! The recent change in ownership has really transformed this restaurant. Well done!
