The service at this restaurant was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and caring. They truly made us feel welcome. The food was served quickly and was deliciously hot, including the coffee, which was also excellent. Overall, the service was outstanding—definitely some of the best we've ever experienced. We went through the drive-thru at 10:30 and found they were out of biscuits for item #24, so we ordered three of item #23 instead. We ended up waiting 30 minutes for our order. Ms. Catrice was the highlight of the restaurant, making every guest who entered feel warmly welcomed. She greeted everyone with a bright smile and genuine warmth. Thanks to her, our visit was fantastic. I will certainly return as long as she's there to welcome me. If you haven't had the chance to meet her in the morning, I highly recommend you do. She has a wonderful personality and a truly inviting spirit.

I visited Whataburger this morning and ordered a number two, a tequila bacon burger, and two taquito sausages. After leaving with my food and arriving at my destination, I discovered that I only had the burger in my bag. I had to turn around and go back, waiting in line inside the store for 37 minutes before they even started preparing my taquitos. To make matters worse, they had mistakenly given me just the burger instead of the full meal, and then they had the audacity to say they would charge me for the fries. As a manager at Denny's, I always made it a point to accommodate customers when we made a mistake, whether it was offering a slice of pie or something else to ensure their satisfaction. I think the least Whataburger could have done was give me my fries and drink, but they refused and insisted on charging me. This is poor service in my opinion, and I will not be returning.
It's called a Sweet and Spicy Bacon burger so where is the bacon? This has happened twice here. Come on now get some quality control people to check orders. But still my favorite burger place so still 4 stars but next time bacon please.
The wait at the drive thru was extreme and when we got to the window, we figured if every customer had the same issue with their order being wrong as we did it made sense. We didn't get the right drinks but we settled because we were tired of waiting. Thenwe realized we had hashbrowns with no taquitos so we had to ask for them. We didn't get the extra sauce we ordered for thebuffalo chicken and we didn't get ANY ketchup for our two large orders of fries and our kids chicken strips. When we asked forwhat was missing it took forever to get to us. I usually don't complain, but this was completely unacceptable in my opinion.
