Starbucks Coffee - El Cajon

The drinks and food are fantastic! We usually use the drive-thru, but this time we decided to go inside, and I really enjoyed that experience. It was air-conditioned on a hot day, which was definitely a bonus. I ordered the seasonal Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino, just like my mom, and we both thought it was absolutely delicious. My sister tried the Berry Hibiscus double blended and liked it as well. We'll definitely be coming back!

This is the cutest Starbucks I've seen! I usually never sit inside a Starbucks and usually go drive thru but I was waiting for my car to get work done in the same plaza. This location is decorated very nicely and it's a big Starbucks. It's a great location if you wanna study or get some work done. However I waited for my drink for a while because I realized the baristas were putting some of the drinks on the mobile order section instead of calling it out, so be sure to just check that area if you order in store. It gets mixed up.

When it was time to pay, she didn’t even extend the payment device toward us; we literally had to lean out of the window to use it! Because of this experience, I don't think I’ll return to this location. I prefer to stick to the ones closer to home. On the bright side, the drinks were very good!

When I returned the next morning for pickup, of course, my order wasn't ready. The rude girl behind the counter appeared to think this was my fault. I helped her locate where my order was recorded from the day before. So here I was, not only correct but also running late because we had to wait for the coffee to brew. I politely suggested to the employee overseeing the coffee machine that he could prepare the cups, sugar, and other items while we waited to avoid further delays. If you have lots of time and plenty of patience, this location might work for you. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

Just went there and ordered 2 coffees inside. Waited for over 20 minutes and our coffee never came. Other orders placed after us were taken care of. Staff standing around talking and joking only 2 of them actually working. Then we went to asl about out order, blonde lady acted like she didn't care and rolled her eyes at us. Demanded a refund right away and the polite cashier the only guy working helped us and we declined their recovery card. Will never go there again, and will let my coworkers who meet there once a week to avoid this location.
