What Brian A. Becker dislikes about Ruby Tuesday:
Picking up a call in for myself and friend, 10 minutes at the front entrance then directed to bar, 5 minutes later, someone I could ask about my order, she brings wrong order. Another few minutes she brings correct order. But no there is no honey mustard which I told them ordering,2 please. And only one soda ,also supposed to be 2, a guy ask me what I needed, then he was off to get it, returns few minutes without , t... View all feedback.

This restaurant is very tired, building and sign need a refresh. Parking lot is poorly marked and littered with cigarette butts. All this is a clue and if I hadn't been meeting others I would have left. All those clues are what you can expect inside. Theyshould have taken advantage of last years slow down to refresh. Our crew of 8 was too much ribs were cold, slaw was warm? Andthe rice just wierd. Steer clear

I ordered meals for my family of four, but my son's dish arrived cold. I returned it to the kitchen, but they added way too much olive oil and just reheated it in the microwave. While the rest of my family enjoyed their meals, my son was unhappy with his, and it ended up giving him a headache. I had been really looking forward to dining here, but this experience left me extremely disappointed and quite sad.

After an unkind comment from a staff member, we considered leaving, but the manager, Eric, stopped us at the door and encouraged us to stay. Given our long day of travel, it was hard to turn down the invitation. I was really looking forward to a good steak and didn’t want to search for another restaurant. Thinking this place might be similar to my local Ruby Tuesday back in North Carolina, known for its excellent food and service, we decided to stay—definitely a mistake. Eric took personal care of our table. I ordered a medium-rare ribeye with a salad and baked potato, while my mom got wings and a salad. We both enjoyed the salads; they were fresh and perfectly prepared. My mom loved her wings, but unfortunately, my steak was undercooked and went untouched. I managed to fill up on salad and baked potato, and by the time Eric inquired about my steak, I lacked the energy to argue, although I did mention that it was essentially raw. The highlight of the evening was Eric's dedication to ensuring we were taken care of, especially since the rest of the staff seemed disengaged. While everything else was decent, it was disappointing to see that in a restaurant with so many employees, only the manager was actively attending to tables. I genuinely appreciated Eric's help, but as a small business owner myself, I could see that the restaurant has room for improvement in its overall management. Quality service and customer loyalty must start from the top.
