Hilbertos Mexican Food - El Cajon

This was my first time visiting this place, where I had never had breakfast burrito before. It was as good as I have had in Colorado, Oregon, Reno, New Mexico, and I really enjoyed it. Delicious!

The entire menu is incredibly tasty. I highly recommend the Carnitas, but be aware that it can be a bit dry if it lacks fat pieces. My family particularly enjoys the veggie burrito; the beans are flavorful and the flour tortillas are delicious. Overall, you can't go wrong with any choice here.

We went to a golfer's advice. prices are very appropriate for the quantity of food; it is a value game setup. We had better Mexican food in San Diego. The Burrito was huge, the taste was good. The shrimp a la diavlo was good, but I would like to have bigger shrimp... the sauce was tasty but could have been hotter. Even with the hot salsa, I wanted more warmth. The service was fast enough and the location is convenient.

My daughter and son will eat there a long time they used to bring food home for us and it was always really really good but I never thought about going there in the morning for breakfast I went there the other day because I was out in rancho San Diego and my favorite place David's didn't open till a little later they were not only there they were there making breakfast burritos for the firefighters over 200 of them what a commitment what a nice thing to do to support our local firefighters thank you thank you Hunter I'll go back and eat there whenever I can God bless you and have a great day
