Absolutely terrible management. An employee named Alan was using incredibly abusive language and being WILDLY misogynistic towards some of the employees that could be heard from the front of the store, and it made me incredibly uncomfortable to witness that as a customer. Very friendly environment, and the ice cream is the best!! Lots of flavors and toppings for your ice cold dessert ?
Cant go wrong with cold stone. This one is bright and clean and spacious. Staff was super kind and cheerful.
Serious question how hard is it to pour ice cream? Waiting 24min for them to help 2 people(then finally me). How forbid someone asks them a question or they got a phone call because all operations had to stop. Can't multitask??? Can't scoop ice cream and answer a phone? No self awareness to be like hey these people have been in waiting I'm gonna move a little quicker?? And when I'm finally paying.
The two persons (I believe young ladies, but wouldn't want to offend anyone not identifying as such) were amazing, composed, and fast. The line on a Sunday afternoon was out the door but they didn't flounder, panic, look rushed, or stressed...I applaud the two working today Nov 20, 22 at approx. 1630 hours. Amazing guest service skills and skill level.Thank you
