Worst experience I had on Ibiza by far! I went in when it was completely empty. I thought its going to be a quick takeaway as I asked for a quick sandwich or toast to go and he said it takes a few minutes. I ended up waiting 40 minutes, because they decided to serve another takeaway customer first who came after me because the cook changed the gas tank before making it finally. I asked multiple times when its going to be done after like 20 minutes just for the server to tell me the cook hasnt even started yet. Also I ordered a Coke Zero directely paid for it gave them a 2€ tip. When I changed my mind and asked for a corona instead he wanted to charge another euro because its 1€ more expensive then coke even tho I gave them a 2€ tip that’s no customer service at all. I told them I have to work that’s why im in a rush and they didnt care at all and when confronted just didnt answer or just laughed said to me I have to chill out. Regarding the food: it was one of the worst club Sandwiches I ever tried. Cheap toast ingredients, completely dry pretty much no taste at all. Look at the presentation aswell it was already messed up like this when I got it. Completely unacceptable. Never ever would I come back. The restaurant right next to it is way better cheaper so the choice for next time wont be hard for me.

The waiter clearly had a problem with me because I was English (I was sat on my own). He would not speak to me and only grunt, banged my food on the table, I asked for the bill and didn’t bother. I saw another table go to the bar and pay so done the same. The waiter literally barged me out the way! He is the a*^e with the man bun if you ever go past. Real shame
