When... read more Although Omer's is primarily a meat restaurant, the Vegan options transcend the standard Houmous/Felafel on which vegetarians here are expected to subsist. When I spoke to Omer, I learned why. His dream is to operate a vegan restaurant. The current incarnation of Omer's is dictated by the carnivorous tste of the people in Eilat. The restaurant ios definitely worth a visit if you are in Eilat, although it is slightly off the beaten path for tourists.
