I ordered online and when I got home, I found that my order was completely wrong. I tried calling them just five minutes before closing, but they wouldn't answer. Unfortunately, that meant my dinner was ruined, along with my money and time. I'm baffled that Subway could mess up two sandwiches so badly.
The quality at Subway is not up to par compared to other locations; the cookies are as hard as rocks, and the staff seem unfamiliar with half of the menu.
Usually busy during lunch hours, but you can conveniently place your order online in advance. I've never encountered any major problems. It's a Subway, after all.
They often aren't available to take my order during their posted business hours.
