Charleys Philly Steaks - Eielson AFB

The service was extremely slow, as if only one person was working. My order was messed up multiple times. I ordered the prime BBQ, but I only received the sandwich without any meat on it. I ended up waiting nearly an hour just for that.

This place is terrible. I ordered cheese fries and didn't get any cheese. I asked for mushrooms, but they weren’t included either. The sandwich I received wasn’t even cooked all the way. The staff seems completely clueless. I understand if they are new or in training, but there should at least be someone competent enough to know how to make a sandwich. This was my third visit, and all of them have been disappointing. I won’t be going back.

The service here is incredibly slow. I ordered my grilled chicken salad 6 minutes ago and I'm still waiting for it.

Garret has no idea what he is doing. Gave him my order and he just paced around. Told him multiple times what I wanted on my sandwich and that I wanted it to go. Apparently he didnt listen the 5 times I told him all of that. Had an attitude the wholetime too. He needs someone to babysit him. My co worker went there after me and said the same thing about him. If hes workingI'll eat somewhere else.
