Carolina Vista Lounge - Feedback

What Cheri E Edwards doesn't like about Carolina Vista Lounge:
Went last night and love the new look. The food we had needs work. I had the Kittle Gem Lettuce salad, sans the quinoa, and it was tasty. Also tried the Beer Steamed Mussels, no sausage was included and the broth was very bland. There was garlic and onion slices, but garlic appeared dry and there was no garlic flavor. I thought it was a rather unimpressive looking restaurant in the awesome Carolina hotel but I assumed that they would be renovating it when the lobby is done. We were there for an early dinner and my husband wanted a strip steak but it was not on the Ryder Cup lounge menu. And, the main dining room did not open until 6:00.
