I give it 3 stars because the burgers were truly fantastic. However, our waitress was pretty awful. We didn't make any special requests, yet guests who arrived after us finished and left well before we even received our food. Our waitress didn't check in on us at all. By the time an hour had passed, our meal was ruined because we were so hungry, and her lack of customer service was frustrating. She was slow and seemed to treat us as a major inconvenience. Once our food finally arrived, we didn’t see her again until she dropped off the check. This was disappointing in itself, especially since we were eager to order dessert, which we weren't even offered! Perhaps it was for the best, considering it took over an hour and a half to get just two burgers, and the restaurant was less than half full. We really wanted this to be our new favorite spot, especially with its military memorabilia and veteran ownership, but I can't endure an experience like that again.

What an amazing discovery. We decided to stop in for an early dinner, and it exceeded our expectations. The fish sandwich and pulled pork BBQ sandwich were fantastic. The fries were generous in portion, and the onion rings were exceptional. They also had a great selection of craft beers, and our server, Alexis, was wonderful. We can't wait for our next visit!
