This is such a beautiful spot along the BC coast. I stayed in a Dome Tent and loved every moment. Waking up to a full view of the ocean was spectacular! The food at the Backeddy Pub was great and to top it off there was a wonderful local entertainer who was fantastic to listen to. The staff are super friendly and definitely more than happy to help make your stay the best ever! I highly recommend checking the Backeddy... View all feedback.

We popped in while exploring the area in our boat. All of the staff we encountered from the staff on the dock to the staff in the pub were very friendly, inviting and attentive. The view from the pub was amazing and our lunch was delicious!! We have told other boating friends about this place and we will definitely be back! :
Amazing place!!! Super friendly staff fabulous food in the restaurant/pub with vegan options available. We stayed in a dome we loved it! Super cool feel to them with a view of the marina, power outlets are provided. Bed bedding were both very comfortable. We will be going back next year for sure.
Stopped by Eddy's for some dinner and Jen served us, and oh was she amazing! We had the fish chips seafood chowder. Food, service atmosphere were all amazing. We got to sit on the patio and watch the sunset. Absolute must if you're in the Earls Cove Egmont area.
What a beautiful location! I stayed in a dome for 2 nights and was so glad i decided against a room or cabin as i was concerned about being cold at night on the waterfront, since I've no experience in a tent. How silly of me! Super cozy bed and bedding, lovely sitting area inside and a small heater and fan supplied-just in case. Yes i woke up both mornings at 5:30 or so to the birds then the sun coming over the mountain a bit later, but what sights and sounds to wake to! I brought a small kettle, coffee and oatmeal as the pub doesnt serve breakfast on weekdays and is not open until much later. There is an extension cord to plug into so i didnt feel completely disconnected... Wifi is really spotty but why would you want to be on the phone anyhow here? I had a fantastic time hiking to Skookumchuk Narrows (i was gone 4 hours walking and dawdling) and and riding around the area. If you're on a motorcycle like i was, the drive way down and park area is hard packed gravel. Thanks so much Peter and your staff for being really great and welcoming. I didnt want to leave but I will see you again!
